Meet Your Guide

Hi, I’m Diana. I am very grateful that you’re thinking about diving into Quantum Transformation and creating quantum leaps for your health.

Since 2001, as a certified yoga teacher and certified Ayurvedic consultant, I have always wanted to help people take control of their health in a way that feels doable, authentic, and empowering.

In this world, it’s far too easy to think that certain things are normal. Not feeling your best is common, but not normal! By combining self-care with the intelligence and power of yoga, Ayurveda and Mindset Mastery, you can step into your healthiest self and become the version of yourself that you may not have thought was possible.

Module 1: Creating Your Vision

You may currently be suffering mentally, physically or emotionally.  Or, you may need to improve your focus and concentration to achieve your goals.  In order for transformation to occur, you need to be able to imagine the change. People who are successful have a vision for what they want.  In this module, we begin with creating a vision for your ideal future

Module 2: Embracing Routine

Ayurveda believes that successful health stems from the ability to practice self-care and maintain a daily routine. In this module, you begin to track your current daily routine and learn about Ayurveda and its foundational role in wellness.

Module 3: Developing Your Mindset

To achieve your goals, you need to focus your attention on what you want to grow. Negative thought patterns and limiting beliefs can sabotage your success. In this module, we begin to cultivate a positive mindset and dive into the Ayurvedic lifestyle. This paves the way for new, empowering beliefs and positive thoughts to emerge.

Module 4: Putting Ayurveda Into Practice

By now, you will have received a foundation in the teachings of Ayurveda and have begun learning how to master your mindset to enhance your life.  In this module, we will focus on implementing Ayurvedic lifestyle practices and mindset mastery into your daily life so it feels effortless and aligned with your unique being.

Module 5: Eating Well

What’s cookin’?!  There is so much more to food than simply measuring out ingredients.  In this module, you will raise your comfort level and confidence in the kitchen by  learning how to nourish yourself with delicious meals that support your personal health needs.  You will also learn time saving tips and techniques.  And if you already enjoy being in the kitchen, you will learn new things that will enrich your culinary prowess!

Module 6: Finding Yoga

I have been steeped in yoga since 2001 and have a voracious appetite for sharing it with you.  I am also an ardent believer in the therapeutic benefits of exercise.  We’ll dive into multiple aspects of yoga and exercise that will allow you to feel confident in your personal practice and inspire you to enjoy movement on a regular basis. 

Module 7: Advance Your Mindset

Mindset is not a ‘one and done’ activity. It is a constant growth process. You have the foundation and now we will take things a step further to ensure your ability to embody resilience as you tackle life’s challenges and achieve your goals.

Module 8: Personalize Your Journey

In this module, you and I have a 1:1 consultation and I make Ayurvedic recommendations specifically geared to your unique constitution.  You will also be guided in creating your own personalized affirmation and continue to bolster your dedication to self care.  This solidifies the foundation of your transformation.

Module 9: Implement

By implementing your personalized Ayurvedic recommendations and learning how to tailor your yoga practice to support your unique constitution, you will experience how taking small, steady action steps paves the way to a whole new level of wellness and happiness.

Module 10: Continuing to Thrive

Remain accountable to yourself. By prioritizing yoga, movement, proper nourishment, positive mindset, and a consistent daily routine, you can build a life that takes you from surviving to thriving.

Module 11: An Attitude of Gratitude

This module provides support for you as you move  forward.  Moving forward can be scary, even when positive shifts are taking place.  This module is also a reminder that an attitude of gratitude is an important catalyst for transformation.  You can move forward feeling grateful for the amazing job you have done and know that you have the tools you need to feel your best.
